Thought for the Day

If all Welsh parties and business lobby groups agree that Welsh business needs alternative sources of lending to high street banks,  why has it taken more than 4 years since the banking crashing in 2008 and two recessions to focus minds to put forward ideas or undertake a review of finance and loans in Wales?
